Product Description
Ethylene oxide (also known as EO or EtO) is an alkylating agent that disrupts cellular metabolism and reproductive processes of microorganisms.
Basing on vacuum processes, EO penetrates breathable packaging, making contact with all accessible surfaces of the product, kill microorganisms. and achieve the required sterility assurance level (SAL).
Ethylene oxide sterilization consists of four primary variables: gas concentration, humidity, temperature, and time. The low temperature process makes EO an ideal method for a wide variety of healthcare products, including masks, protective clothing, and electronic medical instruments, etc.

Features
Humidification:
The analysis method of steam degradation is adopted, and the built-in steam generator makes the humidification water mist to be minimized, and achieves the purpose of comprehensive and uniform humidification and heating.
3.5"LCD screen:
The LCD control screen is equipped with a filter to make the current and the electric board more stable, and prolong the service life and accuracy of the control screen
Power-off memory function:
Avoid the loss of equipment sterilization data due to accidents, and can automatically continue unfinished work procedures
Safety protection function:
The system is set with the protection alarm function of abnormal temperature, ultra-high temperature, abnormal pressure, low vacuum rate, residual fault, phase sequence error, power shortage and equal protection in the sterilization chamber to avoid the expansion of secondary faults.
